Jo McDonald

Director

Jo is a Director of Strategic Property with nearly 20 years of experience in the residential, shopping centre and commercial property industry. She has worked on numerous construction projects across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch ranging in value from $1m to $195m. Jo has a record of delivering strong results across different international markets.

Liam Joyce

Senior Project Manager

Liam is a Senior Project manager at Strategic Property, Liam brings extensive knowledge and project management experience to the Strategic Property team.

Dan Henderson

Development Manager

Daniel joined Strategic Property in 2022, bringing his proven track record in delivering large and complex mixed use and vertical high-rise project expertise. Dan has been part of executive management teams, committees and has an excellent track record including some of the most high-profile projects across NZ and Abroad.

Kennedy Taylor

Assistant Development Manager

Kennedy joined Strategic Property in 2022 and is an Assistant Development Manager. She has obtained a Bachelor of Property Degree from the University of Auckland. Having previously worked in the property sector, Kennedy understands the fundamentals that come with assisting the wider team.
